We went there to get dinner on a Wednesday afternoon it was a big space with only (3) people in the whole restaurant and we kind if were like surprised- We sit ourselved when its not backed, the waitress was very nice and helpful.
The food wasn't bad at all i know pupusas very well and if they were bad i will most definitely tell you, but honestly they werent that bad not the best but good.
The only complaint is the chair i sat on was old and BROKEN! and the interior looks stuffy and outdated. -

One The worst Restaurent I have ever been, old inside like an old tavern. We could barely breath !
Food took forever to come, the waitress saw the few clients coming in and just stood there staring at us. After a while we waved at her...
The smallest glass of horchata for 2,75? Crazy.
One of the plátanos was so dry the fork didn't want to go in so we left it.
Just the cheese pupusas was fine, a lot of cheese but extremely oily.
Seats were also mostly damage.
Waitress has no skills to speak to customers awkward coments trying to be nice...ridiculous.
AND the best for the end: bathrooms wow DISGUSTING smell of pee so strong And a mix of just uncleanliness.
Seriously, how can a restaurant still be open ? -

Ordered food to go from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed not only with the dry coleslaw but also their customer service. When I placed my order Maria Alvarez (as stated on my receipt) seemed annoyed while assisting me then when I asked her to repeat my total (since it seemed a bit much) again she seemed bothered.
This location advertises their pupusas for $0.99 Monday-Friday before 6pm but instead I was charged almost triple the amount though I place my order at 5:51pm (also stated on my receipt). This is false advertisement and should be addressed immediately by the restaurant owner or manager. I placed my order before 6pm and their employee didn't disclose any price difference during my transaction but instead charged me otherwise.
My order was picked up 38 minutes later since over the phone I was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. The time the order was placed should be accountable with their advertising otherwise they are guilty of deceptive advertising and all customers should beware of what other misleading information or scams this establishment is liable for. -

Worst service ever! she smiles at others [usual customers maybe] and makes inappropriate jokes that can be heard from across the restaurant.

Idk why this place has 2 1/2 stars but I'm glad I finally found my spot cause all these other spots are lowkey trash. Pupusas were fat with cheese. Tamales were filled with pollo. And my favorite plate of platanos frijoles and crema are the bombbbb. Try it out. Fair warning. My dad did say that the last time he came to order something to go he waited a while. Overall I approve of this restaurant when my mom can't make me pupusas.
